Kisaku was founded by two Indonesian women; Lenny and Felicia, who wanted to celebrate their heritage and Indonesia’s craftspeople. By using profits from their textile and homeware products Kisaku is able to support their employees’ families and help them start their own businesses (through Kisaku’s MircoEduLoan program).
Our group, Back & Fourth Co. was tasked to create a storytelling video of Kisaku, redesign their website and give an alternative logo to their existing one. We approached the final outcome with a welcoming, organic and homemade feel but one that also had strong, feminine and bold quality.
